- C'est une soummission que j'utilise en prise spéciale.
-Je commence tout d'abord par un retournement du bras enchainé rapidement par un saut.
-Pendant ce saut j'attrape la tete de l'adversaire avec mes jambes et les bras.
-Tout en rapidité je me laisse tombé et je le soumet.
